This Return & Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services provided by Asia Olympiad, including but not limited to registration fees, online test access, learning content, certificates, and any other digital educational services.
All sales made on the Asia Olympiad platform are final and non-refundable. As our services are entirely digital and delivered instantly or within a defined time frame, we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.
Once a payment is made for any Olympiad registration, course access, or digital content, the transaction is deemed final and no requests for refunds will be entertained.
Upon successful payment, access to digital content and competition details is typically provided immediately or within the specified duration. Since these services are intangible and consumed digitally, return or cancellation is not applicable.
In rare cases of technical issues (e.g., duplicate payment or failure to access after payment), our support team will assess and resolve the issue. Any refund, if considered, will be at the sole discretion of the Asia Olympiad management.
